摘要
近年来,东莞在打造"文化新城"上力度很大,"三城一都"(图书馆之城、博物馆之城、广场文化之城及音乐剧之都)硬件建设成效明显.那么,东莞"文化新城"建设能否在建设模式上打造其"先行一步"的示范效应?这种预期是完全可能的,而前提条件就是,必须在文化设施、文化体制等模式创新的同时,探索一种基于自身历史文化积淀、符合东莞未来发展需要的文化软实力建构模式,在全方位的文化建设中培育东莞人的现代价值观念体系,以及以此为基础的个性化文化氛围,以培育东莞人共同的价值认同和情感认同。
In rccent years, Dongguan has made great efforts to create ＂a new city of culture＂ by way of building the city of library, of museum, of cultual plaza and a cultural capital of musicals. And the hardware construction results clearly. In that case, It is possible for Dongguan to make its construction mode a demonstration effect of taking the first step. But creating innovative models of cultural facilities, cultural institutions, it is necessary to build a soft power model based on the historical and cultural heritage of its own in line with the future development of Dongguan, to cultivate the modern values, personalized culture, and the common value of identity of Dongguan people in this comprehensive process of cultural construction.
