Influences of Electric Acupuncture on Cerebral Blood Flow, Cerebral Fluid Content, SOD and MDA in Mice of Focal Cerebral Ischemia

摘要 Focal cerebral ischemia model by blocking mice’s middle cerebral artery was selected in this re search, and focal cerebral blood flow (rCBF), cerebral fluid content, SOD and MDA were made as in dexes. Then the influences of electric acupuncture on every ischemia region were observed as follows: atter blocking mice’s middle cerebral artery for 6o minutes, in ischemia region rCBF dropped marked ly, cerebral fluid content went up markedly, the activity of SOD dropped markedly and MAD content rose markedly; after electric acupuncture for 1O minutes, in ischemia region, rCBF rose significantly, cerebral fluid content dropped markedly, the activity of SOD went up markedly and MAD content dropped markedly.
