摘要
针对热钱投机房地产市场的现象,运用博弈理论,构建了房地产企业与监管部门的博弈模型,并得到混合策略均衡.基于此,重点考察了查处力度对房地产企业行为及混合策略均衡的影响,并提出了相应对策及建议.
The game theory was used to analyze the phenomenon of foreign capital inve stment in the real estate.The game model between the real estate firm and supervisory department was established and the mixed strategy equilibrium was gained.On this basis the effects of check cost,foreign capital,punishing degree and investment yield on mixed strategy equilibrium were considered.Some suggestions were presented.
