摘要
针对设备可靠性随着役龄和维护次数的增加而降低的情况,建立了一种基于设备可靠性的顺序预防性维护优化模型.该模型结合役龄递减因子和失效率递增因子来调整失效率演化规则,并考虑系统当机成本和基于设备当前状态及强化年龄的动态预防维护成本,通过引入威布尔分布对某列车检修设备进行仿真分析.结果表明,该动态预防性维护策略有效且实用,可为设备的实际维护决策提供支持.
System reliability decreases with the increased usage and predictive maintenance activities. This study developed a reliability-centered sequential predictive maintenance policy for an intelligent monitored system. It is supposed that the system failure rate is adjusted by age reduction factor and failure rate increase factor for the system subject to a deterioration process. In addition, the breakdown cost and maintenance cost that is variable according to the system condition are both considered, which can help to construct more practical objective function. Numerical examples were presented to test this proposed dynamic predictive maintenance policy, and the simulation results show that it is efficient and could provide maintenance decision support for maintenance scheduling.
