摘要
采用常温静水试验法和体外杀虫试验法分别进行阿维菌素对黄鳝(Monopterus albus)和黄鳝体内棘头虫的急性毒性试验。结果表明,阿维菌素对黄鳝的24、48h的半致死浓度(95%可信区间)分别为0.0914mg·L-1(0.0799~0.1046mg·L-1)和0.0745mg·L-1(0.0655~0.0848mg·L-1),96h半致死浓度(95%可信区间)为0.0678mg·L-1(0.0598~0.0770mg·L-1),安全浓度(Sc)为0.0068mg·L-1。阿维菌素对棘头虫24、48h的半致死浓度(95%可信区间)分别为0.0539mg·L-1(0.0474~0.0613mg·L-1)、0.0452mg·L-1(0.0407~0.0526mg·L-1),96h半致死浓度(95%可信区间)为0.0411mg·L-1(0.0362~0.0467mg·L-1),安全浓度(Sc)为0.0041mg·L-1。在养殖黄鳝过程中防治棘头虫时,阿维菌素的使用浓度可以选择在0.0539~0.0678mg·L-1范围内。
In the condition of motionless body water acute toxicity tests were conducted on Monopterus albus and the parasites of Acanthocephala separated from the hosts of M. a/bus. The results showed as follows: (1) the 24 h, 48 h and 96 h median lethal concentration (LC50) values (95% confidence interval) of the avermectin to M. albus were 0.091 4 mg·L^-1 (0.079 9-0.104 6 mg·L^-1) ,0.074 5mg·L^-1 (0.065 5-0.084 8 mg·L^-1 )and 0.067 8 mg·L^-1 (0.059 8-0.077 0 mg·L^-1)respectively, and the safe concentration(95% confidence interval) was 0.006 8 mg·L^-1; (2) the 24h, 48 h and 96h median lethal concentration (LC50) values (95% confidence interval) of the avermectin to the parasites of Acanthocephala were 0.053 9 mg·L^-1 (0.047 4- 0.061 3 mg·L^-1) ,0.045 2 mg·L^-1 (0.040 7-0.052 6 mg·L^-1)and 0.041 1 mg·L^-1 (0.036 2-0.046 7 mg·L^-1)respectively, and the corresponding safe concentration (95% confidence interval)was 0.004 1 mg·L^-1; (3) in the aquaculture of M. albus,the appropriate application concentration of avermectin preventing against Acanthocephala should be range of 0.053 9-0.067 8 mg·L^-1.
