摘要
报告我院１９８４～１９９４年治疗儿童桡骨近端骨骺损伤１３例，１１例获随访３～１３年，优９例，良２例。提出：当肘关节外伤后，该关节前外侧压痛及前臂旋转痛为其诊断要点。治疗方法视骨折类型而定。
This paper presents 13 cases of proximal epiphysis injury of radius in children, from the children treated from 1984 to 1994 for 3 to 13 years. It also proposes the main diagnosis and treatment. The author is of the opinion that prognosis is relevant to the type of the primary injury and the restorative quality.
