摘要
板形是板带材产品的重要质量指标之一,板形问题是目前轧钢领域研究的一个热点问题。板形质量受许多因素的影响,所以影响板形的因素一直是板形问题研究的重要内容。以往的研究大多是基于数值模拟或离线的方法,实验研究的工作开展得较少。采用实验的方法对张力对板形的影响进行了研究,研究的结论对制定与完善板带轧制规程、提高板形质量具有重要意义。
Plate shape is one of the important quality indexes of plate and strip products. The problem of plate shape is now a hotspot in the studies field of steel rolling. There are many factors that have much influence on plate shape, so it is always a main issue to investigate the effects of these factors on plate shape. The previous studies are mainly based on numerical simulation and off line methods, but experimental investigation has been rarely carried out. results have significant meaning for the setup and improvement of rolling regulations and the increase of plate shape quality.
