鱼鳔的分子鉴别及其止血作用的药理学研究 被引量:9

摘要 目的:研究鱼鳔种属鉴别的分子生物学方法,探讨鱼鳔止血作用的效果及机制。方法:通过对鱼鳔mt16S rRNA基因进行序列分析,鉴别鱼鳔的种属来源;通过动物药理学实验阐释鱼鳔的止血作用。结果:mt16S rRNA基因作为鱼鳔的鉴别标记,能有效鉴别鱼鳔的种属来源。鳘鱼鳔(MY)的止血作用与云南白药接近,较阿胶强,能激活血小板、毛细血管和凝血因子,对内源性凝血作用影响不大,但已证明它是通过外源性凝血途径及凝血共同途径发挥止血作用。 Isinglass is defined as a superior fish gelatin product, produced from the swim bladders of certain species of fish, such as Seiaenidae or Acipenseridae. In this study, mt16S rRNA gene was used as a DNA molecular marker to analyze 5 kinds of Isinglass samples from the market. The result showed that it is suitable as a DNA molecular marker to identify different Isinglass. This study took the Yunnan Baiyao as the positive group, normal saline as the control group, E Jiao as the compared group and use the identified Otolithoides biauritus Isinglass (MY) as the sample group to investigate their hemostatic activity. Resuhs showed that MY can effectively strengthen the function of platelet, capillary vessel and clotting factor, and had less effect on Intrinsic Coagulation Pathway, but demonstrated its hemostatie action through Extrinsic Coagulation Pathway and Common Coagulation Pathway. The hemostatic action of MY is similar to Yunnan Baiyao and stronger than E Jiao.
