摘要
[目的]研究杂草猪殃殃水提液对3种蔬菜的化感作用。[方法]用室内生物测定法,研究了猪殃殃水提液对萝卜、白菜、莴苣3种蔬菜种子萌发和幼苗生长的影响。[结果]猪殃殃水提液对3种蔬菜的发芽率、根长、茎长、鲜重都有一定的影响;对发芽率、根长均表现为抑制作用,对茎长和鲜重的化感作用则因物种不同而不同。[结论]猪殃殃水提液可抑制蔬菜种子的萌发和幼苗根的生长。
[ Objective ] The study aimed to research the allelopathic effect of Galium aparina on some vegetables. [ Method ] By using the techniques of laboratory bioassay, the effects of Galium aparina water extract on some kinds of vegetables such as radish, Chinese cabbage and lettuce were studied. [ Result] Galium aparina water extract had some effects on the germination rate, roots length, stem length and fresh weight. The water extract decreased the germination rate and roots length of the 3 vegetables, but its effects on the stem length and fresh weigh was variable in different species. [ Conclusion] The extracted liquid from Galium aparina could inhibit the seed germination and the growth of vegetable root.
