摘要
从知识资本角度切入来衡量知识管理的风险,以风险识别、情报监测和管理行动为关键模块来构建知识管理风险预警机制,并提出了预警指标体系,介绍了用于指标排序的AHP方法,最后提出了风险干预对策。
The paper uses three core modules-risk identifying, intelligence monitoring and management action to construct the early warning system of knowledge management risk from the perspective of knowledge capital, and provides the indicators system of early warning with the AHP method which used to indicators ordering, and offers the anti-risk measures in the end.
