摘要
利用有限元分析软件ANSYS对不同截面的真空室做静力分析,结果表明圆弧形结构比多边形结构强度好。分别对8、16个重力支撑的真空室做静力分析,得到真空室与重力支撑连接位置的应力变化,优选了真空室重力支撑数量。优化设计了真空室与重力支撑连接位置,使其在烘烤时热应力减小。
The preliminary analysis of vacuum vessel of different cross-section has been carried out with the ANSYS code. The results show that the strength of vacuum vessel of round arc cross-section is better than that of polygonal cross-section. The vacuum vessel with 8 and 16 sets of gravity support component is respectively analyzed. The distributing of gravity support components is optimized according to analysis results, thereby the thermal stress decreases during baking.
