摘要
子宫内膜异位症治疗后5年总体复发率为20%～40%,复发后再次治疗难度较大。需要根据子宫内膜异位症的不同临床病理类型进行处理,综合考虑再次手术的适应证、并发症和药物治疗的安全性、有效性。
The 5 - year overall recurrence rate of endometriosis following primary surgery was 20%-40%. The management of recurrent endometriosis in cumbersome, According to the clinicopathologic type of endometriosis, the indications of secondary surgery and itss complications, and the efficacy and safety of medical treatment were discussed.
