摘要
对于石油化工和化工为代表的流程企业,其生产系统由具有"互供关系"的子系统构成,作为"资源"的各基础子系统的生产能力有限。论文基于约束理论,根据最终产品关于单位资源利用效益的评价指标,从"结果"分析出"原因"的视角来研究流程企业基于效益增长因素分析的企业总体经济效益评价模型,从而有效支持企业的生产经营决策。
Petroleum chemical industry and chemical industry are representative process enterprises, their production system were constituted with subsystems whose relationship is ＂supplied with each other＂, and the various subsystems whichis the ＂resources＂ of other subsystems had the limited production capacity. The overall economical benefit evaluation model of process enterprise based on benefit growth factors analysis was studied according to the evaluation indicators of final product＇s unit resource utilization benefit, the study also based on the restriction theory and the way analyzed ＂reasons＂ from ＂results＂ was used. The overall economical benefit evaluation model is good support for the enterprise＇s production and management decision-making.
