摘要
采用均匀设计的试验设计方法对天津钢管公司炼钢厂钢包喂线工艺进行了优化研究。研究表明:试验条件下,较低的喂线速度和较大的喂线量有利于喂线后钢水中钙的回收率ηCa的提高,钢中锰和铝的存在有利于ηCa的提高;喂线量和钢水温度对连铸中间包内钢水的总钙含量Σ[Ca]TD具有正面影响,喂线后钢水的停留时间和喂线前钢水的硫含量对Σ[Ca]TD具有负面影响。研究还给出了连铸中间包内钢水中总钙含量的预报方程。
