磁场强化溶液蒸发的效果及机理 被引量:7

EFFECTS AND MECHANISM ON STRENGTHENING EVAPORATION OF SOLUTION IN MAGNETIC FIELD

摘要 磁场效应对含砷溶液蒸发过程实验表明,磁场促进溶液的蒸发,不同的磁场作用参数和不同的溶液成分,影响效果不同,溶液蒸发效率提高5%~10%,平均效率提高达8%以上。通过液气两相平衡、液体过热、成核和挥发等过程的分析,认为磁场强化溶液蒸发的作用机理是磁场具有“磁致表面形核效应”。实验表明磁场降低溶液的表面张力(即单位面积自由能)3.5%~8.3%,从而降低了成核势垒,促进了液体内部的能量交换。增加了汽化成核几率,使溶液蒸发过程得以强化。 The magnetic effects on the evaporation process have been studied. The results showed that the magnetic field promoted the evaporation and crystallization of As 2O 3, the evaporation rate increased by 5%~10%, on an average of more than 8%, and the effects related to the parameter of the magnetic field and the composition of the solution. By analyzing the process of gas liquid balance, super heat, shaping nucleus and volatilization, the “surface shaping nucleus effect” of magnetic field was revealed. The experimental results showed that the surface tension decreased by 3.5%~ 3.8%. So the potential energy to shape nucleus was decreased and the internal energy exchange of solution was promoted. The probability of shaping nucleus in gasification was increased and the evaporation process of the solution was strengthened thereby.
