摘要
目的通过对下颌骨组织的形态计量学检测分析,寻找更快建立兔颌骨原发性骨质疏松模型的方法。方法以新西兰大白兔作为研究对象,利用去势加低钙饮食法建立颌骨骨质疏松模型,并在2个月后检测颌骨骨组织结构。结果与对照组比较,实验组骨小梁纤细,结构稀疏紊乱,骨量少,部分骨小量断裂,成骨细胞和破骨细胞数量均增多,骨陷窝内破骨细胞活跃;骨密度下降。结论去势新西兰大白兔配合使用低钙饮食可以缩短造模时间,是目前研究原发性颌骨骨质疏松最佳造模选择。
Objective To look for the method of establishing the primary osteoporosis models of jaw bone more quickly in rabbits by using bone histomorphometry. Methods The New Zeland rabbits were used in the study to establish the osteoporosis models of jaw bone by ovariectomy combined with low-calcium diet, and to detect the bone tissue structure two months after the operation. Results As compared with control group, the bone trabecula was thinner in experiment group, and the bone structure was rarefaction and disorder, with tess bone mass. The osteoblasts and osteoclasts in experiment group were more than those in control group, however, the bone density was significantly decreased in experiment group. Conclusion The ovariectomy plus low-calcium diet can shorten the time of establishing the primary osteoporosis models of jaw bone in rabbits ,which is the best way to make the models and to research the primary osteoporosis of jaw bone.
