摘要
对陕西省某奶牛场的临床型乳房炎病牛奶样中分离的金黄色葡萄球菌和表皮葡萄球菌进行了14种常用抗生素的耐药性筛选和中草药体外抑菌研究。2株致病菌对青霉素类药物(除氧哌嗪青霉素外)、复达欣和磺胺类药物有耐药性,而对庆大霉素和万古霉素等敏感。所选的中草药石榴皮和连翘对金黄色葡萄球菌的效果最好,最低杀菌浓度(MBC)均为31.25 mg/mL,穿心莲次之为62.50 mg/mL;对表皮葡萄球菌抑菌效果,石榴皮MBC为7.81 mg/mL,大黄为31.25 mg/mL,穿心莲、金银花和连翘为125.00 mg/mL,白附子和紫花地丁为62.50 mg/mL。自拟复方对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌环大小为18.58 mm,MBC为62.50 mg/mL;对表皮葡萄球菌的抑菌环大小为23.82 mm,MBC为31.25 mg/mL。筛选的中草药复方可以作为治疗乳房炎的药物。
The S. aureus and S. epidermidis separated from Clinical mastitis milk on one cattle farm in Shaanxi Province were carried through 14 kinds of commonly used antibiotics resistance filter and Chinese herbal. Two pathogenic bacteria to Penicillin-type drugs （except Piperacillin）, Fortum and TMP/SMZ are resistant, wherea Gentamicin,Vancomycin and so on are sensitive. Punica granatum and Forsythia suspensa are best to S. aureus in effect, MBC are 31.25 mg / mL, followed by Andrographis paniculata to 62. 50 mg / mL. For the bacteriostatic effect on S. epidermidis, the Punica granatum MBC is 7.81 mg/mL,the Rheum officinale MBC is 31.25 mg/mL,the MBC of Andrographis paniculata, Lonicera japonica as well as Forsythia suspensa are 125.00 mg / mL,and the MBC of Typhonium giganteum and Viola yefoensis are 62.50 mg/mL. Compound to inhibitory zone size of S. aureus is 18.58 mm, and it＇s MBC is 62.50 mg/mL. The inhibitory zone size of S. epidermidis is 23.82 mm, and it＇s MBC is 31.25 mg/mL. The filtered Chinese herbal medicine compound can be used for the treatment of mastitis drugs.
