海洋环境决定着鱼类资源的空间分布,利用栖息地环境来推测鱼类资源的空间分布是当前渔业资源学的研究前沿。利用广义加性模型(generalized additive models,GAM)和地理信息系统(geographicalinformation system,GIS)方法,根据1995-2004年我国西北太平洋鱿钓生产统计数据和卫星遥感所获得的海洋环境数据(温度、盐度和海平面高度),分析各海洋环境因子与西北太平洋柔鱼资源丰度时空分布的关系,推测不同月份柔鱼资源丰度空间分布情况。结果表明:6月在175°E、40°N,175°W、41°N以及178°W、43°N附近海域资源丰度相对较高,而在165°E以西传统作业渔场(40°N^45°N,145°E^165°E)资源丰度极低;7月在153°E^173°E、43°N^45°N海域资源丰度水平相对较高;8月资源丰度较高海域分布在150°E^157°E、40°N^45°N;9月资源丰度较高海域分布在145°E^152°E、40°N^45°N和158°E^165°E、41°N^45°N;10月资源丰度较高海域分布在154°E^158°E、41°N^44°N;11月资源丰度较高海域分布在145°E^155°E、39°N^42°N海域。
The spatial distribution of fish resources is determined by marine environment. It is a hot topic in the science of fishery resources how to use the related environmental factors of fish habitat to speculate the distribution of fishery resources. In this study, according to Chinese squid jigging fisheries data and satellite remote sensing data which included temperature, salinity and sea surface height in the Northwestern Pacific Ocean from 1995 to 2004, Generalized additive models (GAM) and Geographical Information System (GIS) were applied to analyze the relationship between the abundance index of neon flying squid Ommastrephes bartramii and the related environmental factors and predict the monthly spatio-temporal distribution of this squid from June to November. The results showed that the higher abundance index is distributed near the waters of 175°E and 40°N ,175°W and 41°N or 178°W and 43°N in June, while the lower abundance index of this squid is the traditional fishing ground (40 °N - 45 °N and 145 °E - 165 °E). In July, the higher abundance index is distributed in the areas of 153°E- 173°E and 43°N -45°N. In August, the higher abundance index is distributed in the waters of 150°E - 157°E and 40°N -45°N. In September, the higher abundance index is distributed in the areas of 145°E - 152°E and 40°N -45°N, 158°E - 165°E and 41°N -45°N. In October, the higher abundance index is distributed in the areas of 154° - 158°E and 41°N -44°N. In November, the higher abundance index is located in the waters of 145°E - 155°E and 39°N -42°N.
