摘要
由于环氧树脂型灌封胶在固化时体积收缩率大和缺少韧性,经常使工件灌封体固化后即发生裂纹,或者在受到高低温度冲击时发生裂纹,造成较大经济损失。从采用的螺环原酸酯类膨胀性材料、环氧树脂和固化剂等方面分析对绝缘灌封材料整体性能的影响,通过试验数据得到如下结论:采用螺环原酸酯类膨胀性材料和特种复合固化剂,解决了环氧树脂型绝缘灌封材料固化收缩率大和高低温冲击性能差的质量问题。合成得到了固化收缩率低和高低温温度冲击性能好的高性能绝缘灌封材料。
Epoxy resin -based potting materials have high shrinkage rate and are lack of toughness when they are curing, so the cracks of potting body are often happened after curing or high and low temperature shocks, and result in hevay economic loss. Analyse the impact of using spiro esters expansive materials, epoxy resin and curing agent on insulation potting materials performance. Using spiro esters expansive materials and special curing agent can resolve the quality problems of high shrinkage rate and poor performance of high and low temperature shocks based on the test data. High performance insulation potting materials with low shrimkage rate and good temperature shock performance are got by synthesis.
