摘要
分析了多工位压力机相关部件的运动规律,提取出运动曲线数据,构建了具有等效运动的虚拟凸轮,建立了用于模拟的多工位压力机相关部件的运动模型,用以检查模具和夹持机构在生产中的运动干涉情况,并对顶盖横梁覆盖件成形过程进行了模拟,模拟结果与实际生产一致,验证了模拟结果的有效性和可靠性。
The motion law of some parts in a transfer press was analyzed and based on it the corresponding motion curve data were extracted to build a virtual cam with equivalent motion and a motion model for simulating the correlated parts in a transfer press. The model was used to check the interference between dies and grippers. The shaping process of a vehicle roof beam panel was simulated and it shows that the result accords well with the real situation, which proves the validity and reliability of the motion model.
