川楝子水提物与GOT和GOP活性的相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察川楝子水提物对血清和肝组织谷草转氨酶(GOT)和谷丙转氨酶(GOP)活性的影响。方法:按照参考文献制备两种川楝子供试液(水提物),各组小鼠灌胃相应剂量的川楝子水提物,共给药10次。末次给药后,取血和肝组织(制成1%匀浆液),用赖氏法测定血清和肝组织中的GOT、GPT活性。结果:与正常对照组相比,两种川楝子供试液的大剂量组均明显降低血清和肝组织中GOT活性,但对GPT活性无明显影响。结论:川楝子可能是GOT的抑制剂,具有引起乳酸中毒的危害性。 Objective:To observe aqueous extract of Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit for the effect to Active of GOTand GPT serum and liver tissue . Methods: According to the Methods of reference, prepare test solution of Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit, to every group mouses by intragastric administration with test solution of Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit, total 10 of times. After fate of times ,prepare serum and 1% homogenate of liver tissue, Active of GOTand GPT was estimated by coIorimetry. Results: compared to normal control, large dose group of two test solution of Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit could remarkably down-regulate Active of GOT of serum and liver tissue, but not effect Active of GPT serum and liver tissue. Conclusions: Possible Szechwan Chinaberry Fruit is inhibitor GOT, and to possess lactic acid toxicosis perniciousness.
