摘要
以实船板水火加工成型的实验数据为样本,应用数理统计原理和逐步回归分析方法,建立了6种变形参数的回归模型.利用总体线性关系的显著性检验、回归方程的拟合优度的考察等,比较了这6种回归模型的回归效果;并计算了Beta系数,讨论了回归公式中各变形参数对变形量的影响程度.
Various types of influence parameters and some influence parameters of line heat forming are described. Based on a huge sample data of ship plate, the authors have used the statistics principles and stepwise regression analysis to build six mathematics regression models. By applying the significance test of population linearity and the test of goodness of fit, the effectiveness of the six regression models are compared. The degree of the influence of parameters on the contraction is discussed by the calculation of the Beta coefficient as well.
