摘要
目的探讨人参皂苷Re对肾脏缺血再灌注损伤大鼠肾脏的影响。方法30只Wistar大鼠分为假手术组、模型组和治疗组,每组10只。观察人参皂苷Re对大鼠缺血再灌注损伤肾功能和肾脏组织Na+-K+-ATP酶、Ca2+-ATP酶的影响。结果模型组大鼠Scr、BUN急剧上升,与假手术组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01),治疗组Scr、BUN显著下降,与模型组比较有明显差异(P<0.01,0.05);模型组肾脏组织Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶的活性显著低于假手术组(P<0.01),人参皂苷Re可提高Na+-K+-ATP酶和Ca2+-ATP酶的活力(P<0.05)。结论人参皂苷Re可以改善肾脏缺血再灌注损伤大鼠肾功能,其机制与保护肾脏钠泵和钙泵功能有关。
Objective To study the protective effects of Ginsenoside Re on rat kidney of ischemia-reperfusion injury.Methods The model of Wistar rat kidney of ischemia-reperfusion injury was established and 30 Wistar rats were divided into 3 groups. We studied the effects of kidney function and ATP enzymes of Ginsenoside Re on rat kidney of Ischemia-reperfusion injury. Results The levels of seru;n creatinine and blood urea nitrogen of Wistar rats in model group were higher than that in sham-operated group( P 〈 0.01 ), while the levels of serum creatine and blood urea nitrogen in treatment group decreased( P 〈 0.01,0.05). The energy of Na+ - K + -ATP enzyme and Ca2 + -ATP enzyme in rat kidneys in model group was lower than that in sham-operated group( P 〈 0.01 ), Gin- senoside Re can improve the energy of Na + -K + -ATP enzyme and Ca2 + - ATP enzyme in rat kidneys( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion Ginsenoside Re can improve the rat kidney function of ischemia-repeffusion injury by its protection on natrium pump and calcium pump in rat kidneys.
