造纸机的布浆装置流浆箱,是纸页成形质量的关键部件。文章介绍三大类型流浆箱的特征和设计原理,重点介绍中国版本水力式流浆箱以及稀释水横幅定量调节的关键技术,和如何评价流浆箱。
Headbox is the distributor of paper machine, which is the key part for paper forming. This paper introduces the feature and design principle of three kinds of headboxes, and how to evaluate the headboxes. The key technologies of Chinese high-speed hydraulic headbox and adjusting the base weight by dilution water are mainly introduced.
