基于模糊神经网络的机械加工参数自动选择研究

摘要 利用模糊神经网络的推理和学习能力,在对机械加工过程中的切削参数进行自动选择的基础上,研究了一套基于机械加工参数自动选择的数控编程系统。运用VC++开发的系统实现了网络参数替换源程序中车削参数,实现了数控加工程序的自动生成。对此编程系统进行了详细的介绍,介绍了该软件的实现过程,并且用具体的实验测试了该软件并得到了标准的指令代码G代码。 A set of numerical control programming system was studied based on automatically choosing of mechanical processing parameter by reasoning and studying ability of fuzzy neural network performing automatically choosing the cutting parameter during mechanically processing. The system developed with VC++ implemented the cutting parameter in network switchover resource program and implemented the automatically generating of numerical control processing program. The detail introduction was performed on this program system, the implementation process of this software was introduced, and this software was tested with specific experiment and the standard instruction code-G code was acquired.
