摘要
本文研究了沙冬青种子萌发对水分的响应。进行了2.5%、3%、4%、5%、7.5%、10%、12.5%、15%、17.5%、20%、22.5%和25%等12个水分梯度处理,每个处理3个重复。结果表明:当土壤含水量低于2.5%时,沙冬青的出苗率为0;当土壤含水量在4%-7.5%时,沙冬青出苗率没有显著差异(P〈0.05),都可以达到80%以上;当土壤含水量超过12.5%时,随着含水量的增加,沙冬青出苗率呈降低趋势;土壤含水量在5%时沙冬青的出苗率最高。
The controlled experiment was conducted to test the seed germination and seedling emergence responses of Ammopiptanthus mongolicu to moisture. Twelve treatments of artificially moisture 2.5% ,3% ,4% ,5% ,7.5% ,10% ,12.5% ,15% ,17.5% ,20% ,22. 5% 和25% were designed. The results showed that the emergence percentages of Ammopiptanthus mongolicus mount 0. The seedling emergence of Ammopiptanthus mongolicu was not significantly different ( P 〈 0.05) at 4% - 7.5 % soil moisture, and the emergence responses exceeded 80%. The emergence percentages rate decreased with increasing soft moisture at more than 12.5%. Germination results showed that optimum soil moisture was 5% in this Ammopiptanthus mongolicu species.
