摘要
本试验以中国南瓜的9个自交系及其组配的14个杂交组合为材料,采用丙酮浸泡法提取叶绿素,对自交系及其杂交组合的叶绿素含量进行了方差、一般配合力、特殊配合力和杂种优势分析。结果表明,南瓜自交系间叶绿素含量存在明显差异,南瓜自交系467-1、112-2、042-1具有较高的一般配合力,而杂交组合360-3×042-1具有较高的特殊配合力和明显的超中和超亲杂种优势。
To study the heterosis of chlorophyll content in Chinese pumpkin, this experiment randomly selected nine pumpkin inbred lines and their fourteen hybrids as materials, used the acetone immersion method to extract chlorophyll. The analysis of variance of chlorophyll content in these pumpkins and the general combining ability and the special combining ability were carried out, the F1 heterosis was also predicted. The result indicated that the chlorophyll content of pumpkin inbred lines is obvious difference, the pumpkin inbred lines 467 - 1, 112 -2,002 - 1 has the high general combining ability, but the cross combination 360 -3 ×002 - 1 has the high special combining ability and obvious heterosis.
