摘要
为评价品牌许可生产产品质量的一致性水平,利用双因子方差分析和多重比较分析,将卷烟质量月度稳定性和厂间一致性作为相对独立的两个因素进行分析,进而作出综合性评价。结果表明:①X牌号的质量一致性差异主要来源于厂间的横向波动,同时常规化学指标、主流烟气指标、感官质量指标的厂间差异呈梯次降低的特点;②烟气水分与自然环境的温湿度相关,且烟气水分与余味存在负相关关系;③季节交替时节的烟气水分是影响月度质量稳定性的关键因素之一。因此,品牌许可生产各方的地理、气候差异而引起的烟气水分的差异也是需要重点关注的问题。
In order to analyze the cigarette quality consistency in licensed brand production, the monthly and inter-factory quality data were taken as two independent factors and analyzed with variance analysis and multiple comparison, and the comprehensive evaluation was concluded accordingly. The results showed that： 1） the difference of quality consistence of brand X was mainly caused by inter-factory fluctuation, and the inter-factory variances descended in the order of routine chemical index 〉 mainstream smoke index 〉 sensory quality index; 2） the moisture content in smoke related to the ambient temperature and humidity and negatively correlated with the after taste of cigarette; 3） the moisture content in smoke during the turn of seasons was one of the key factors which affected the monthly quality consistency. It suggested that the variance of moisture content in smoke caused by the climate and geographic differences between the factories involved in the licensed production is a noticeable factor.
