摘要
由于推杆轴与推杆轴套之间间隙过大,以及包装机运行速度较快使油温升高,造成包装机的烟支第二推进器推杆处存在漏油现象。为此,在YB47型硬盒包装机烟支第二推进器采用两组共轭凸轮机构,分别控制第二推进器推杆的前后运动和上下运动,推杆轴不再与轴套相对滑动,只需在推杆轴套内转动即可实现推烟动作。采用凸轮机构的YB47型包装机与采用齿轮传动为推杆提供动力的YB25型包装机相比,烟支第二推进器推杆处不再出现漏油现象,不合格烟包剔除由每班10多包和停机1~2次均减少至0。
As a solution to oil leak at the second cigarette pusher caused by wide clearance between pusher shaft and sleeve and oil temperature rise, two sets of conjugate cams were adopted to control the horizontal and vertical movement of the second pusher in YB47 hard packer respectively, and the pusher accomplished the movement by means of rolling instead of sliding in its sleeve. Comparing with YB25 packer wherein the pusher is driven by gears, there is no oil leak in the second cigarette pusher in YB47 packer, the number of rejected defective packets reduces from 〉 10 to 0 and machine shutdown reduces from 1 - 2 to 0 per shift. Both machine efficiency and packet packing quality are improved.
