系统地介绍了 RAPD技术的概念、原理、特点及具体操作中存在和应注意的问题 ,就RAPD技术在玉米作物遗传育种中的应用 ,如品种品系鉴定和遗传纯度测定、遗传多样性分析、基因定位与分离、遗传图谱构建等进行了总结 ,还对
RAPD is a new- developed technique used in identifying polymorphisms of DNA.The concept,principle and characteristics of RAPD were introduced as well as some problems in its operating.Applications of RAPD in corn genetics and breeding such as strain and genetic purity identification,genetic variousness analysis,gene location and segregation,genetic map- ping were summarized.Defects of application in RAPD marking were also discussed.
