摘要
以单体动力电池为研究对象,为解决动力电池动态剩余容量估算的难题,提出了一种新的动力电池剩余容量在线估算方法.该方法通过将处于工作状态下的电池周期性外接一恒定电流负载,测得一系列电池端电压,并利用恒定电流放电下端电压与剩余时间的关系推算动力电池的剩余容量.为减轻在线测量的计算工作量,提高计算速度,采用模糊逻辑中离线计算和在线查表控制方法组成双输入单输出控制系统.Matlab/Simulink仿真研究与误差分析结果表明该估算误差小于1%.
This paper presened a method of state-of-charge (SOC) estimation for solving the measurement of the capacity, based on single battery. By supplying a constant current load for the lead-acid batteries periodically to measure the terminal voltage of the battery, and by using the relation of the remainder time and terminal voltage due to the certainty of the discharge current, the state-of-charge was estimated. This paper adopted the fuzzy logic oontrol mode to eompute offline and check list online, and then the workload was greatly lightened and the speed of operation was raised. By analyzing the result that adopted the method, the error was less than 1%.
