摘要
目的研究大蒜、辣椒粉、黄柏等12种常见中草药的体外抑菌性能及培养基对中草药抑菌效果的影响。方法采用药敏纸片扩散法确定各中草药对各病原菌抑菌性能及最小抑菌浓度(MIC)。结果辣椒粉对副伤寒沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有抑制作用,MIC分别为12.5%,12.5%;大蒜对副伤寒沙门氏菌、金黄色葡萄球菌有抑菌作用,MIC分别为6.25%,12.5%;黄柏等常见中草药对各病原菌也都有一定的抑菌效果。结论大蒜、辣椒提取物对特定病原菌有抑制作用,黄柏等常见中草药对各种病原菌均有较强抑菌效果。培养基显著影响中草药抑菌效果。
Objective To study the inhibitory effect of capsicum, garlic and several herbs on pathogens. Methods The minimum inhibiting concentration (MIC) of these herbs on chosen pathogens was determined by K - B programm. Results Capsicum could inhibit S. typhimurium and S. aureus in vitro with MIC 12.5% and 12.5% respectively; Garlic showed inhibitory effect on S. typh- imurium and S. aureus with MIC 6.25% and 12.5% respectively; Other herbs had great inhibitory effect on chosen pathogens. Conclusion Capsicum and garlic can inhibit some pathogens in vitro. Traditional Chinese herbs such as Bark of Chinese Corktree can inhibit pathogens greatly. Medium affects inhibiting effect greatly.
