摘要
自独立以来,中亚经济发生了显著变化,文章由此确立研究视角,试图在纵向和横向比较研究中把握这些变化的要点。中亚经济变化总的背景是计划经济向市场经济过渡中的一系列市场化改革,其市场经济发展的三个阶段均蕴含着经济总量和结构的变化,近年来,中亚各国积极融入世界经济发展轨道,这是中亚经济最重要的变化。因此,在总结世界经济发展变化特征的基础上,深入分析中亚经济与世界经济的融合与分歧,既对全面把握中亚经济变化具有重要意义,也为在国际金融危机中,中国全面思考中亚经济因素提供决策依据。
Based on the summary of the general developmental trend of the world economy, the authors of me present article have pointed out the similarities and differences of the economic situation of the Central-Asian areas in order to provide some helpful suggestions for the bilateral trade between China and Central-Asian countries during the world-wide economic crisis now.
