摘要
目的：探讨倍他乐克治疗冠心病的临床疗效。方法：88例冠心病患者服用倍他乐克75-150mg/d,3周为1疗程,观察症状、心电图、心功能等指标。结果：用药后心绞痛缓解总有效率97.7%;血压、心率和耗氧指数降低明显,心功能指标SV、CO降低不明显,每日最大运动时间和距离明显增加。结论：倍他乐克能有效缓解冠心病患者多种临床症状。
Objective： To demonstrate the role of Betaloc on quality of life in the patients with coronary heart disease（CHD）. Method： 88 patients with CHD took Betaloc 80mg/d for 3 weeks, angina pectoris episode times, ischeamia in ECG, heart function, movement ability etc. were recorded. Result：After treatment, 97.7% patients showed angina pectoris released, blood pressure and heart rate descreased obviously, heart function varied sightly, daily maximum movement time and distance increased significantly. Conclusion： Betaloc had a benefit attection on improving quality of life in patients with CHD.
