摘要
针对实际使用条件下的加速度计的动态测试,讨论了一种加速度计的动态数据处理方法。动态测试中,由于实际情况的时变性和随机性,噪声统计特性可能是未知的且时变的,先验的数据也因此失去意义;另外,动态测试中野值也会对测试精度产生严重的不利影响;运用抗野值自适应Kalman滤波算法对动态数据进行了处理,结果表明该方法能够有效的剔出测试过程中粗大误差、过程干扰以及环境噪声的影响。
Accelerometer is apt to be influenced by the environment where it is used. In order to implement dynamic test ofaccelerometer, a method of dynamic-data-process is discussed here. For the time-variation and random of practical situation, the noise statistic charac- teristic may be unknown and time-variant, and the prior data may be invalidation as the situation changes. At the same time the rough errors in the test have severe influence on the test accuracy. The modified adaptive kalman filter is selected to process the dynamic data. The result shows that the rough errors, the procedure disturbance and environment noises is effectively picked off.
