摘要
近年来,创业导向逐渐成为创业研究的焦点之一,同时,也有学者开始关注小企业导向问题。基于创业导向和小企业导向的构建维度,研究了创业导向(EO)和小企业导向(SBO)与企业绩效之间的关系以及企业所有者拥有本企业的年限对它们之间关系的作用机理。依据对187份有效问卷的实证研究,得出如下结果:在没有调节因素时,创业导向和小企业导向均与企业绩效呈现正相关关系;在加入企业所有者拥有企业的年限这一调节变量时,样本被分为"6年以下"和"6年以上"两部分,对于6年以下的企业,创业导向和小企业导向均与企业绩效呈现正相关关系,而对于6年以上的企业,只有SBO对改善企业绩效起了主要作用,而EO对企业绩效的作用不明显。最后对文章局限性和将来可能的研究方向做了探讨。
In recent years,the orientation in founding a business(TOIFAB) has gradually been the focus in the study on pioneering an enterprise and,at the same time,some scholars have begun to pay much attention to the orientation of small businesses(TOOSB).Based on the finding of TOIFAB and TOOSB,we have,in this article,studied the relationship between TOIFAB,TOOSB and enterprises' performance(EP),and studied the mechanism of the effect of the years for which an enterprise owner has owned his business on the above-mentioned relationship.Based on the case study made by the use of the answers of 187 effective questionnaires,we have concluded that,when without any factors of moderation,TOIFAB and TOOSB are positively related to EP,that,when the element of the variable of a moderator—the years for which an enterprise owner has owned his business—is added,our samples are divided into two groups:the 6-years-samples and the 6-plus-years-samples,that,for the 6-minus-years-enterprises,TOIFAB and TOOSB are positively related to EP,that,for 6-plus-year-enterprises,only TOOSB plays a main role in the improvement of EP,and that the effect of TOIFAB on EP is not obvious.Finally,we have probed into the limitation of this paper and the possible future directions of related studies.
