摘要
选择云南省为实证区域,建构了主导影响因素—基于层次聚类的空间叠加法,评价云南省区域综合发展潜力。全省县域综合发展潜力空间上呈现滇中高、外围低,交通干线与城镇节点区域高、乡村区域低的特点;且滇中初步形成中心—外围格局,滇东南、滇西与滇南初步形成点状。区域发展潜力与交通条件和经济发展基础呈高度正相关,综合评价将云南省分为高、中、低3类潜力区域,其发展模式分别为:技术与体制创新的新型工业化道路和"有序化、高效益"的城市群发展模式;积极推动县域产业规模化、特色化、集约化集聚城镇密集区;以生态环境保护为主要目标的产业发展模式和城镇化模式。
The regional comprehensive development potential(RCDP) zoning at province level is the foundation of making regional development strategy and practice of planning the Main Functional Regions in rapid urbanization and industrialization. Yunnan Province was chosen as an example,and the method of leading-factor-spatial overlay based on Hierarchical Clustering was taken to evaluate RCDP at county level. The results show that: 1) The spatial differentiation characteristics of RCDP at county level are that center Yunnan is outstanding from other parts, the main traffic lines ~ cities and towns are higher than the rural areas, the expansion of the core to the periphery areas is like quadratic differentiation and declines from the core,and the middle areas of Yunnan have formed the core-periphery mode,and other parts of Yunnan are likely node-axes evolving and diffusing. 2)The RCDP of Yunnan has high correlation to transport spatial accessibility and economic development ability at county level. 3) The three kinds of areas of high,middle and low potentiality is counted 16,43,67 counties,its transform modes of RCDP are as follows:1) For the high potentialities type area, technology &. institution innovation path and urban agglomeration should been taken,which is based on new industrialization method. 2) For the intermediate potentialities type area,industrialization process should been promoted,which is mainly for city & town concentrated areas. 3) For the low potentialities type area,the part industrialization & small town urbanization should been taken, for which the environment protection is primary.
