马铃薯四倍体栽培品种花药培养及再生植株的鉴定 被引量:4

摘要 以马铃薯四倍体栽培品种讷16、波C、克新13号和扎列娃为试材进行花药培养,研究不同基因型花药培养的效率及再生植株的鉴定。结果表明:花蕾外部形态与小孢子的发育阶段呈对应关系,可据此确定取材时期;讷16的愈伤组织诱导率和分化率最高,分别达到27.60%和6.04%;双单倍体植株的生长势、叶色、薯形等性状与亲本差异明显。 Four genotypes,‘Ne16' ,‘BoC' , ‘Kexin No. 13 ',‘Zaliewa' of potato were used to study the factors affecting potato anther culture and identification of its regenerated plant. The results showed that microspore development stage was corresponding with bud morphological characteristics. The regeneration abilities of genotypes‘ Ne16' was better than the others. The frequency of induction and differentiation were up to 27.60 % and 6.04 % , respectively. There were distinct differences between the dihaploids and their parental tetraploid cultivars in the traits such as plant vigor, leaf color and tuber shape.
