摘要
运用学科矩阵组织模式进行管理能促进高校图书馆学科服务工作的深化。通过对有关问题的分析,相关概念的界定,借鉴国外高校已有的先进经验,提出了资源导向学习、健全学科馆员制度、开展虚拟参考咨询等完善学科矩阵型管理模式的策略。
Use management disciplines matrix organizational model for colleges and universities to library services disciplines in depth. The article passed on the analysis of issues related to the concept defined from the advanced experience of foreign colleges and universities have raised resources towards leaming, sound academic staff system, perfect for virtual reference consulting disciplines matrix-type management strategy.
