摘要
简单的论述了执行力及图书馆中层执行力概念,指出了图书馆中层执行力弱的几个方面,列举了图书馆中层管理者提高执行力所应具备的能力和提升中层执行力的几个途径。
The paper has briefly discussed the concept of executive power and that of medium level cadres in the libraries, and indicated several aspects of executive power shortage for medium-level managers in the libraries. The expected abilities of medium-level managers and several methods to enhance the middle-level executive powers are also enumerated.
