摘要
对热电联产在可持续发展战略中的极端重要性进行了比较深入的剖析,引入了所谓“可逆型供热系统”的概念,对该概念从本质高度作了界定,并指出近三分之二的一次能源在终端以热能的形式被耗用,热能的节能潜力和相应的环境改善潜力极大,深入挖掘这种潜力的唯一技术措施就是以热电联产为实质的可逆型供热系统。文中对热电联产技术在解决淡水资源中的作用也作了阐述,并对像我国这样的发展中国家如何推进热电联产提出了八点建议,并强调了国家宏观倡导与推进的重要性。
This paper deals with a comprehensive analysis about the extreme importance of the Combined Heat and Power (CHP) technique in the strategy of sustainable development.The concept of 'reversible mode of heating' is defined and the essence of this mode of heating is summarized.It is pointed out that about two thirds of the primary energy is end used in the form of thermal energy and the technique of CHP,or more generally speaking,of reversible mode of heating is almost the only choice to minimize the greenhouse pollutant emission incurred in fossil fuel combustion.The surprising energy conservation potential of heating is computed and the role of CHP in the water resource issue is pointed out as well.It is also suggested the realistic strategic planning and procedure how to promote CHP in such developing countries as in China.
