摘要
文章介绍人工神经网络在华北电网短期负荷预测中的研究与应用，这种方法可以考虑气象因素在短期负荷预测中的影响，它能够准确地预测出华北电网的负荷，预测的结果表明这种方法在短期负荷预测中可以使精度提高０．９％。
This paper presents the study and application of Artificial Neural Network (ANN) in the field of short term load forecasting in North China Power Network, with this method the influence of meteorological fact on short term load forecasting can be considered. The result of forecasting shows that using this method the accuracy of short term load forecasting can be raised by 0.9%.
