摘要 在对捕集器系统进行理论研究的基础上,先根据标准油气分离器的工艺计算方法进行初步设计,再建立了捕集器系统的常微分方程组,利用MATLAB编制了容积式捕集器结构尺寸设计程序。可动态模拟液塞进入捕集器时液位和压力的动态变化,据此确定捕集器最优结构尺寸直径、长度、台数。模拟结果表明在最优结构下捕集器液位最终趋于稳定。有效地清除了段塞流。 The system of the slug catcher was theoretical studied firstly. Secondly, According to the standard calculating method of oil and gas separator,A preliminary design were conducted. Then a group of ordinary differential equations of slug catcher system was established and computed by the Matlab using the classical Runge - Kutta method. It could be used to dynamic simulate the pressure and liquid level changes when the liquid slug flowed into the slug catcher. Accordingly, An optimal slug catcher size come. The simulation results showed that the liquid level eventually stabilized.
