乳腺癌MRI检查与全数字化钼靶摄影及乳腺B超的对比研究 被引量:11

Comparison of Full Field Digital Mammography Magnetic Resonance Imaging and Breast Ultrasound for Breast Cancer Diagnosis

摘要 【目的】比较研究MRI、全数字化X线钼靶摄像(FFDM)与乳腺B超鉴别乳腺癌方面的诊断能力。【方法】收集2006年7月至2009年6月间82例94个病灶(恶性40良性54)乳腺病变患者,术前及病理检查前均经过乳腺B超,MRI检查,全数字化乳腺摄影。【结果】将影像检查结果与手术病理检查对照,三者的检出率分别为72.5%、97.5%、82.5%(P<0.05)。【结论】乳腺病变检查各项指标相比较,MRI优于FFDM和乳腺B超,三者间有显著差异。 [Objective] To compare the effectiveness of full-field digital mammography (FFDM) magnetic resonance imaging (MRI) and breast ultrasound in the diagnosis of breast cancer. [Methods] Forty-one patients with 47 breast lesions (20 malignant and 27 benign lesions) underwent preoperative breast ultrasound FFDM and MRI. [Results] The imaging and pathological findings were compared, and the detection rates of the lesions by breast ultrasound FFDM and MRI were 72.5%, 97.5%, and 82.5%, respectively (P〈0.05). [Conclusion] MRI is superior to FFDM in the detection and diagnosis of breast diseases.
