摘要
研究了环氧树脂掺量、环氧树脂与沥青的相容性、固化温度、固化时间等因素对环氧沥青及其混合料性能的影响。结果表明:环氧树脂掺量小于20%时,环氧沥青的拉伸强度、软化点及环氧沥青混合料的马歇尔稳定度、劈裂强度随着环氧树脂掺量的增加而缓慢增大,而掺量大于20%以后,则随掺量的增加明显增大。与未加相容剂的环氧沥青相比,掺加相容剂的环氧树脂在沥青中分散均匀,环氧树脂胶粒的尺寸明显减小,且形成连续相,环氧沥青及其混合料性能得到显著提高。养护条件的试验表明,环氧沥青及混合料在室外自然条件下养护90 d后的性能接近于室内120℃养护4 h性能。
Effects of epoxy resin contents, compatible and curing condition on epoxy asphalt and its mixture properties were investigated. The results indicate that the tensile strength and softening point of epoxy asphalt and the Mashall stability, indirect tensile strength of epoxy asphalt mixture increase with the contents of epoxy resin increasing. Compared to epoxy asphalt without compatilizer, epoxy asphalt with shows better uniform dispersion, continuous phase and small colloidal particles of epoxy resin. And epoxy asphalt mixture with shows favorable pavement performance. The curing condition results indicate that the equivalent properties is showed when epoxy asphalt and its mixture is cured between 120 ℃, 4 h and outdoor temperature, 90 d.
