喉癌下咽癌治疗中的喉功能保留 被引量：12

摘要 喉癌、下咽癌是头颈部常见的恶性肿瘤，外科手术是治疗这类肿瘤的常用和首选方法。由于肿瘤部位深在，临床生物学行为特殊，治疗时除了对颈淋巴转移的处理外，更要对原发癌进行彻底切除，以求获得最佳的肿瘤控制效果和理想的术后生存率。由于肿瘤的直接侵犯和扩展，在对原发癌的手术治疗时涉及的最重要的器官就是具有呼吸、吞咽和发声等多种复杂功能的器官——喉。因此，在下咽癌和喉癌手术治疗时最大的难点是喉功能保留问题。如何在彻底根除肿瘤的同时尽可能保留喉功能是近年来一直研究的热点。同时，通过非手术方法（如放化疗）治疗这类肿瘤达到保留喉功能效果，也是近年来国内外学者致力探索的问题。
