摘要 目的了解医学检验专业学生对检验医学伦理学知识的现状,探讨医学检验专业是否有必要开设检验医学伦理学课程。方法采用抽样调查方法,对243名医学检验专业大学生进行了检验医学伦理认知的调查。结果高达90.9%的学生不知道检验医学伦理学的基本知识;25.7%的学生认"为在今后的医疗工作实践中不会遇到医疗纠纷的困扰";45.5%的学生认为"检验医学伦理学知识对今后工作没有用处";72.7%的学生"不知道检验医学的道德标准"。结论随着现代检验医学涉及领域的扩展,有必要将检验医学伦理学作为医学检验专业的基础课程,尽快组织编写系统的相应教材,重点采用案例教学法,培养学生的伦理思维。 Objective In order to know the ethics knowledge status of the university students, and to decide setting up lab medicine ethics for the students of laboratory medicine. Methods With the sample investigation method, 243 university students in medicine examination speciahy.Results 90.9% students did not know the laboratory medicine ethics,25.7% students thought that they would not come across the medical dispute in their medical practice, some 45.5% students thought that the laboratory medicine ethics knowledge would not help them with their future work, 72.7% students did not know the moral standards of the laboratory medicine. Conclusion With spreading of lab medicine, it's quite necessary to set laboratory medicine ethics as basic curriculum for the medicine examination, should be systematically compiled as teaching materials, the case teaching method should be used with emphasis, student's power of thought in laboratory medicine ethics should be raised.
