儿童约束系统模型建立及其损伤的初步研究 被引量:2

Child restraint system modeling and the preliminary study on child injuries

摘要 文章运用多刚体动力学和有限元耦合的方法建立了儿童约束系统(CRS)仿真模型,对整个仿真模型的有效性进行了验证;应用MADYMO软件模拟了侧碰撞中在不同的碰撞速度下车门侵入量、儿童乘员的乘坐位置对3岁儿童乘员损伤的影响。仿真结果表明:在侧碰撞中与碰撞速度有一定比例关系的车门侵入量对儿童乘员头部及胸部的损伤影响非常大,后排座椅靠近碰撞侧位置比非碰撞侧儿童乘员受损伤的风险要高。 The child restraint system(CRS) model is established by the multi-body(MB) and finite ele- ment(FE) coupling method and validity of the model is verified. With the MADYMO software, this paper has studied the door intrusion at different impact velocities and the influence of sitting positions of 3-year-old child occupants on their injuries in side impact. The simulation result shows that door intrusion has greatly influence on child occupants' head and thoracic injuries. The risk of injuries is higher for the child who sits outboard nearside to the struck side than the non-struck side.
