摘要
辅导员工作"课程化",是指辅导员工作要象专业教师"上课"一样,包括:辅导员的工作内容要进教材,工作方式要进课堂,工作安排要进课表,工作时间要算课时(学时),工作节奏要坚持教材的稳定性与学生工作实际的变化性相结合。达到"四高四少":学生规避风险的能力明显提高,安全事故明显减少;学生身心愉悦、适应环境能力明显提高,由于心理等原因导致的"问题学生"明显减少;学生就业观念得以转变、就业创业能力明显提高,毕业即失业的学生明显减少;学生自立、自主、自理能力明显提高,大小事务都习惯找辅导员来解决的学生明显减少。
Course construction of college counseling work means college counselors must work like professional teachers giving lectures. There must be the textbook, the classroom, the timetable, the counting of academic hours and the combination of stable materials and flexible situations. Through lecture--like education, management and service, college counselors can hope to see four ＂ups＂ and four ＂downs＂. students＇ ability to avoid risks and dangers goes up so the number of safety accidents goes down; students＇ ability to adapt to the environment goes up so the number of problem or troubled students goes down; students＇ ability to get employed or start business goes up so the number of jobless college graduates goes down; students＇ self management, self support and self care ability goes up so the number of students who habitually come to the counselor for trrivialities goes down.
