摘要 选择性激光加工是20世纪80年代末出现的一种新的快速成型工艺,它利用激光束烧结粉末材料制造原型,具有原料广泛、制作工艺简单、周期短等特点,在诸多领域得到了广泛的应用。介绍了选择性激光烧结技术的原理、特点及实际应用,综述了选择性激光烧结技术发展状况、存在的问题及研究热点。 Selective Laser Sintering is a new rapid prototyping technology invented in the 1980s. SLS uses fine powder heated with CO2 laser to fabricate modules ,has the merits of broad raw materials, simply process of making,short production periods and so on,and has applied widely in many fields. The principle ,characteristics and applications of Selective Laser Sintering (SLS) are introduced. The develapment,the key problems and the hotspot of research of SLS are reviewed.
